3. Requesting a Refund

If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us at contact@cchaxcesswk.com within 14 days of your payment and before your return has been filed or delivered in final form. We will review your request in good faith and work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work already completed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Work that has been completed and delivered, or returns that have been filed with your approval.
Fees for third-party charges (such as government filing fees) that have already been incurred.
Requests based on outcomes outside our control, such as the amount of a tax refund, processing delays by tax authorities, or audits.
Situations where inaccurate or incomplete information was provided by you.
